It's official!

Spring is here. If Mother Nature is going to take it easy on us in New England whom am I to complain. I took the winter cover off yesterday. I also lemon oiled the interior, cleaned out the ice box (note to self NEVER leave drinks on board in aluminum cans on a saltwater boat), fixed the handle on the companionway and fixed some bad splits in the top of the companionway trim boards with JBWeld (my wood glue had hardened up and I was desperate to fix it). Who knows...since I only paint every two years and just need to do the leading edges and some touch ups I might be in the water earlier than June this year! :dance:

Reminds me...need to do some sail repair pronto...

Awwright!!!! Hopefully, you don't get a late winter blast. Spring is really slow to show up around here... Still getting work done though...

It's crazy up here. 70 degrees this week and it isn't even April! Sitting in the LR with the sliders open and all I can here is the Peepers. Mosquitoes and black flies are out too. I would almost welcome a cold front just to kill the bugs off! Seems crazy, but we have a vacation booked and are on our way to Cancun this weekend.
