Sam, really like what you have taking the boat out each year. And having time then to work on it. Mine is water logged all the time. It only sees dry land for about two weeks every four years. Use to live in Wisconsin on Lake Michigan. Always made an event of pulling the boat in the fall and putting it back in with the spring.

Two weeks every four years? Wow. Finally heard of someone who pulls their boat as little as I do.

You misunderstand. The boat, the 33 becomes storage for sails, cushions, parts and in-process projects. The boat shed becomes an impromptu work shop. The workshop area of the garage becomes the bed room because that's where I end up sleeping because my wife and neighbors are sick of the damned boats.

None of that of course is true. The Hunter 33 is parked about 8 feet from the garage work shop which is where most of the winter work starts. The neighbors, with the possible exception of the fellow across the street seem to find my seemingly ever changing fleet entertaining.
