My Cold Machine stopped running a few weeks ago. I had left the boat, without turning on the battery charger and consequently ran the batteries down quite a bit. When I returned to the boat after 2 weeks, there was not enough voltage to start or run the refrigerator. I think it did start once, after the batteries were fully charged, but has not run since. Did I fry the control module? Is there a fuse that may be burnt out?

Not dead yet.

How old is your unit? What is the serial number of the system? The module has low voltage cut-out built into the system. If the batteries are fully charged the unit should start again. Check your wiring to make sure all is fine and check the fuse.

it may or may not have quit

The Danfoss controller has built in low voltage protection. Most likely, the fridge is fine. If you are plugged into shore power and the charging system is up and running, the fridge should start up. If it does not, check the voltage at the compressor assembly. If it varies within 1/2 volt or more from your battery voltage at startup, your batteries may be damaged. Have the yard check them with a "load tester" to be certain.
