The marina I'm in just built some new slips and has several smaller ones available as well. It is a small marina only 21 slips. Slips are for sale or rent. Water and electric are about the extent of the services but the docks are great, floating docks with additional pilings. Very protected spot and right next to the draw bridge in Beaufort, walking distance to the town waterfront with restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Also hgihly accessible by dinghy to great beaches, great dinghy sailing, and other fun stuff to do like fishing. Oh and you can head out to cape lookout for peaceful beauty of nature excursions. Periodic parties with music entertainment as locals play instruments and anyone can sit in.
