I am in the process of purchasing this boat. Any pro's or con's you would like to share would be appreciated. I am also looking for suggestions on how, if you own this boat, have improved it. Thanks. Stephen

It's a good old boat...

Islanders are well made boats. I have a Bahama 30 I am getting used to - she sails very well and is very comfortable. I don't know of any particular trouble spots beyond the normal concerns on older FRP boats. Check out the Islander web site link below. Jenny-Anne is 20 years old and holding together very well. I just replaced the original Groco head, no other problems so far! Smooth Sailing, Wulfe s/v Jenny-Anne
