Hi All,Long time Lapworth Cal fan (20 and 25) looking at an Islander 44. Sheis in reasonable condition and I am thinking of making an offer onWed. Thought I'd ask the group if anyone had an opinion on them.Intended us in San Francisco Bay/Northern California cruising andracing with some coastal cruising thrown in.ThanksDylan

Or at least talk to a good sailboat surveyor.The best around there is Jack Mackinnon 510 909 6956 Islander is a good boat has an excellent reputationcheck engine engine hours and the keel.
