Islander 28 toe rail mounted stanchion base

Folks,

I need to replace a few of these and I can't find a source. Does anyone have a clue?

They are cast aluminum, wedge on the toe rail and mount to the deck with one through bolt to a SS washer (acting as backing plate) below. I just need to replace, no need to over-engineer. Any pointers greatly appreciated!
