Islander 28 keel bolts & Furlex model ID

I have a 1976 Islander 28, my fiberglass guy is telling me their is some linear cracking where the keel seal would be. He is recommending I tighten up the keel bolts. My question is how tight should they be and is there a torque value?

Second question is I have an old Furlex and I need help identifying the model. Any help is appreciated!

I ordered new sails for the boat. When taking measurements I thought the luff tape was 5mm but I want to doublecheck myself via the manual. Unfortunately I can't tell if it's an A or B model because all the part numbers are faded.

Ask your sailmaker to send a short piece of luff tape in each size, and then see which one fits.
