I just placed this order on ropes.com. Are the prices ok? I only checked against west marine which was of course more expensive but wanted to see if I went with a good retailer. Any thoughts?

When shopping for line, Defender and Fisheries Supply usually have about the best prices for major line suppliers, NER, Samson, Marlow, etc. Sometimes Hamilton Marine will have end cuts, short odd size end of roll pieces for extremely good prices.

And it should go without saying to check out he prices online here at the SBO store.

Thank you all for the responses. I cancelled the ropes.com order and went with Samson XLS3 from fisheriessupplies. It saved me about 1/3 of the price I will definitely find some use for that extra $150+ in my budget, thanks again I am glad I checked here!
