We are a wee bit tired of spending thousands of dollars to keep our present refer/freezer system operating. We are finding it difficult to get any good advice down here so we need some professional advice from a refer tech familiar with the systems on the market today and the extent of customization we can do to them. For instance, our boxes are 24 feet (tubing run) from where we would like to mount the compressors, but I can't find a plug and play system that supplies tubing longer than 15 feet.
Thanks

What I would suggest, first figure out which manufacturers equipment you want to use. Have a discussion with them about how long the installed line set will be & if their equipment is capable of overcoming the length . Once you go beyond X amount of feet, long line set sizing comes into to play which could mean a decrease in rated capacity, larger diameter liquid & vapor/suction line, filter dryers, liquid line solenoids, etc. Using pre-charged tubing may become a problem for you if the line set connections don't match the evaporator & compressor.
