And will do the exact same job,the Marinco product at WM might be a little better product designed for a marine application where the HD product is just a pain old gfi thats used inside and outside and works just as well I install lots of GFI's for a living and we use Leviton products (that what I see at HD)even at job sites on the water outside. On my boat there is one at the first outlet and all the others are on the load side of the gfi and is protected,its installed in the galley and looks like the day I installed it 4 years ago.
