After buying a new Catalina from a dealer almost two years ago I have never been contacted by Catalina for a satisfaction feed back or anything. I have e mailed them using their e mail address from the web page about 5 times trying to give them "feed back" about our "experiences" and the issues we have had, but have never received a response. Is this normal for Catalina? Or indeed is this normal for all manufacturers after they have sold a boat?
