Irwin 25

I am seeking fellow sailors' experiences with the Irwin 25 shoal/centerboard model (not the 10/4 model). I have found information on other Irwin models, but very little on the 25. I want to know about the sailing qualities of the boat, experiences with the operation of the centerboard and structural problems that should be examined closely. The boat will be sailed on Lake Erie.
