Inverter/Charger n Hunter 310

I've got a Freedom 10 inverter/charger that isn't charging. The remote status panel indicates no AC Input when I apply shore power. Does anyone know if Hunter has an A/C Transfer Switch installed on the Hunter 310? If so where would you guess they put it?

Is the charger too far from the shorepower connector to chase the wire? Fortunately my own Freedom 20 is right under where the power comes in. I have had very strange symptoms when the fuse on the controller is blown. My Freedom 20 also has a breaker on top that would cause that problem. I guess you know for certain that there is AC into the boat.
