Hello, January 10th we hauled our boat with sadness. We enjoyed
immensely the trip. We made a lot of fellow Vega owners. We made a lot
of friends. We can wait to get back in November to continue onto the
Bahamas. We have finished our blog. It is on the link page of this
group. I will be writing a short article on what worked and what did
not. Alan & Felicity V1639 "Voila"

Alan and Felicity,

We have enjoyed immensely following your progress down the coast and
around the peninsula of Florida and look forward to reading the rest of
it. The mix of photos and text was a good balance and all of it was
instructive, down to the meals, which were especially impressive.
Thanks for sharing!

We are a couple from Montreal, and we \'ve been
following your adventures. It \'s always inspiring to
see people with a sistership having fun, somewhere
far from our cold climate. We are planning to leave
june 2007 for the Azores and get married in Flores. We
are working hard, cause everything is so expensive
even with a 27 footer. We have order a Cap Horn wind
vane from our hero Yves Gélinas, it will be install
this spring. We were very impress by your
craftsmanship and we would like to have a few hints on
things, like sails, and parts hard to find.Till then
have a safe trip back .
