I am able to purchase Interspray 900 cheaply, but I have no facilities to spray the paint, and was looking at using it with the roller/tipping method. Does anyone know if I can use interspray for this?

Spray only ....
800 & 900 'skins' over too fast and wont "level" properly if not sprayed. Sure you can do repairs with a brush but a large surface coating is not going to come out looking too good, .... unless you know how to wet sand and wet sand and wet sand and then powerbuff. By then probably half the coating will be sanded off and on the ground ... not much economy in that.

It was actually Interthane 990 and the yard I got it from only roller it, so that is cool. Thanks
