Beneteau wood is called Douka

HiThe interior woodwork on a Beneteau is a combination of veneered hardwood plywood; strip laminated trim, and solid hardwood trim. The wood is Douka. This wood is a tropical hardwood related to the mahogany family; the species is Tieghemella Africana of the Sapotaceae family. The finish is a two-part catalyzed varnish that contains a yellow colored stain.From the horses' mouth - hope this helps.jeff
