Interior Stain and Varnish

Anyone know what the color is and what type of varnish to get. When I saw Warren Pandy at Catalina last summer he mentioned the company was in Connecticut and easy to contact.

My note shows:
"
Bulkhead varnish
‘Target Varnish’, Rutherford,NJ, US, 8007529922".
From memory, this was sent to me by Catalina (before my computer crash). It is water based varnish. Which is probably, why it stains so easily, eg. watermarks.
