Interior Paint Experiences or Recommendations?

I have been debating what paint to use on the interior of my 8.0c, specifically in the storage areas and under sinks. Would Kilz oil base paint be a good idea.
I am leaning that direction because the boat sat in storage nine months prior to me buying it and the previous owner left it trashed (mental issues). As a result of the neglect there is some mold staining and roach residue.
Any suggestions?

I used water based epoxy from Sharron and williams.....clean the places with bleach and then sand a little to get a good bond i had a gallon made up for about $40.00...i used on a friends boat and it has been in the water for 3 years now with no ill efects.....
