Has anybody solved the riddle of how Hunter finishes the interior teak? I am doing some modernization in my 1990 model Legend and can't for the life of me figure out how to get close to the reddish-gold color of the existing finish. Thanks, Rick Ward Eagle II

Look Up This

Rick, Check with Daly's Home Improvement centers in Seattle and Belevue, WA for Daly's SeaFin Teak Oil. This is the stuff Hunter uses. I bought some last year for cabinets that I had built on my '88 Legend 37. It came out great.

Try Daley's ProFin Finish

Upon Paul's recommendation I called Daley's in Washington and they said that Hunter uses both the SeaFin and the ProFin. The SeaFin Teak Oil can be used both inside and outside while the ProFin only use inside. Speaking with Hunter regarding redoing my sole, they use the ProFin for it's harder finish. I used the ProFin inside and it looks just like the original.
