We bought a 1976 Hunter 30 from a foundation, and it needs a lot of litle things. My wife wants to redo the carpet and is looking for ideas on shelving and pots and pans.I'm looking for info on ynamar 12 hp diesels, specifically the cables and shifter?

you have a yse 12-- and hunter stiff provides the manual for it, the attachment of the shift and fuel cables is something covered in the manual.

We have the same engine in our 75 model Hunter. I replaced the shift cable and bought it from West marine. Bring in the old one and they will order it for you. took a week. under $100 can't remember exactly how much. the old one was froze.good luckBarry
