Interior cushions

Gentleman:
Anybody out there know if foam can be salvaged? I bought a catalina 25 with some massive mildew/mold on the interior cushions---I think the covers are salvageable, but the foam inside---does anyone know how to kill the black stuff? I am nervous about the allergy that can come from this mildew damage. Stain is pretty epic in some places.
