Can anyone help me find out where the actual measurements of my cushions are located? I need to reupholster and am having issues finding them.

The factory will direct you to Catalina Interior and Canvas Shop, 21200 Victory Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91367,(address sound familiar?). Hilario worked in the upholstery shop of Catalina Yachts for 35 years, and his shop is the old factory upholstery shop in the Woodland Hills plant, (now of course closed). He has the factory pattern for every cushion, rug, etc for every Catalina model produced. His work is second to none. I had him make new interior cushions, cabin floor rug, and a pop-top cover for our 2002 C-22 MK-II. He used 3" top of the line new foam and fabric, absolutely beautiful job! I purchased a 3" memory-foam topper from Costco and he made matching memory-foam toppers for our quarter-berths. Talk about some GREAT sleeping on the boat now! I'm sure he does, but with the size of the cushions, probably not cheap.

I had cushions made last year for my 1985 27 from Catalina Yacht Store (catalinayachtsstore.com) . They used fabric of my choice and did an outstanding job. IIRC cost with shipping was around $2700 for all 9 cushions. Best part was I didn't have to rely on my own template for them as all other aftermarket places require.
