Has anyone connected their Raytheon Autohelm 1000 with a Garmin GPS, like the GPS 12? According to the manual for the autopilot, only 2 wires are involved. I have trouble believing that 3 aren't required, as on the remote, but I haven't tried it yet. If you've done this, please tell me how you like sailing from waypoint to waypoint. Thanks, Aldo
