I had an interesting book donated to my class. Pirates and Patriots of the Revolution. I have spent a few days looking it over and it is a rather nice collection of seamanship at the time of the American Revolution. The illustrations are very well done and the information is very well written. The book cost $9 and I do not know if I would have purchased it on my own, but it would be a nice library pick. If people actually still go to libraries. My library card is current but I usually do most of my pleasure reading over the summer.
