We moved up this year to a 1990 centerboard water ballast boat 26S. When we fill the tank to within 2" of the top, water leaks from down the starboard side hole. Not much, a quart every 5 days or so. Here is my question. Is there a pressure relief value to manage overfilling of the tank as a possible cause for this? Or, is it more likely that there is a hairline crack at the top of the tank to cause this leakage? If so, how monumental is the repair? Worried in New Jersey Answers taken at Lenapelou@prodigy.net
