I have a 27 foot hunter purchased in 2007. It is time to renew insurance. Does anyone have an idea what the market value of the boat would be?

Traveling from NY to Sydney Nov 9 through 15 for a wedding after a week in Carins then on to NZ. Trip of a lifetime with my wife....Maybe we can have a look and a sail? Would love advice on what to do and see in Sydney.
I had a 78 H-27 which I sold a few years ago for $8,000 US and now own a 82 H-30...been a long time member of the Hunter Owners Web.
Hunter owners need to stick together on all continents........

Like any Real Estate Agent would say, Location, location, location. You are probably in a better position to define your local market. Depending on availability if you are looking for a replacement value take the US market value and add documentation, taxes and shipping expenses.
I Goolgled used boat sales websites to determine ballpark price for my 1993 Hunter 27. Aside from that a survey is needed.
