Installing teak deck strips

Anyone know where a guy can purchase the backing material that you glue the teak strips down to?

Thats not really what I am looking for
I believe the stuff is called phenolic want to by the stuff in panel so that I can glue my real teak strips down to it

Anyone know a source for phenolic panels?
