Installing Solar Panel system

I need some help from anyone who's installed a PV system on their Hunter 386 (or similar). I recently purchased a Kyocera 130 Watt panel, a Xantrex C35 charge controller w/ battery temp sensing module. The PV will be mounted over the bimini. I plan on using 8 AWG two wire (red/yellow) since the PV to controller is approx. 25 ft. I understand I need a breaker between the PV and the charger. What make/model breaker/box should I get (I believe a 15 amp is adequate) and where on the boat should it be installed? Do I need to install another breaker between the controller and the battery switch? That distance is only about 2 ft. Any diagrams or suggestions would be appreciated.
