Installing dockside A/C in your boat

I need to know the proper procedure to install a 120 volt 30 amp a/c twist plug in a Catalina 22. Where is the best installation location? What type of three prong recepticle should I use inside the boat. Do I need a grounding plate installed on the exterior of the hull?Thanks, Bob For Sail #6993
