Installing an Iota charger

Maine Sail,
I have been following your battery/electrical advice and Stu’s advice with great interest.
I am at a stage where I must replace my batteries and charger. After looking at your battery set up recommendations this is what I intend to do:
1. Purchase the Iota charger with the IQ smart Charge Controller.
2. Rewire the batteries to make the 1-2-B switch “use” switch.
3. Add an ACR.
Now for the dumb question. I am using Dave Mauney’s diagram (which for the lie of me, I can not attach!!).

The charger has only one output. If I place the charger on the house battery, will this set up also charge the start battery?

Yes, the ACR will sense a charge voltage at either battery (as it is dual sensing) and close to parallel the banks for charging, opening after the voltage drops.

Thanks! So all I need to do is attach the leads to the pos. and neg. posts of the house battery and I am good to go?
