I bought a Kruzin Kool air conditioner from West Marine a couple of years ago and I want to install it permanately. It gets in the way in it's suitcase form, and it's too heavy. This is the one that is mounted inside of a Samsonite suitcase. I sent off to the factory last year and they returned a set of printed instructions on what has to be done to install it permanately, but in generic fashion. My question is: has anyone out there ever installed this particular air conditioner in a Hunter 33? Where can I put the compressor? They claim it has to be above the water line. As far as I can see, this only leaves the area behind the QUARTER BIRTH. Anyone ever done this? If so, how does it work? Bob Brooks "Satisfaction"
