We plan to do this in the spring. Has anyone done this? Where did you mount the unit, install thru-hulls, run ducts? Pics would be great.

I've got a heat pump in my 1984 H31. Will take photos tomorrow.
We're south of Annapolis 10 miles or so for this month, close enough to come take a look in person?
In the meantime, it's in the cabinet just forward of the port settee. Pretty sure the whole thing is in that one cabinet.
BTW, found a replacement heat pump at the boat show for $1200 this weekend. Everything but the water pump -- which is the part not working on mine right now.
