How is mast stepped?
Hi Dee, There are a couple of Visions in our marina but have never seen one up close. Is the mast stepped through to the keel? If yes then is there a masthead light? If yes again then I would use that wire to pull through two new wires, a new one for the light and the one for the wind station. Should be able to do this from the bilge. This method guarantees that the new wire comes down the mast in the right channel. If the mast is stepped on deck then I defer. But I would guess that the mast should come down. Can't even guess what the mount at the top would look like.
