2005 Hunter CC, Has anyone installed a replacement Float Switch in the bilge for the bilge pimp at the very bottom of the main Bilge? I want to remove the 2 screws on the original float switch, so I can remove it, but not having any luck, any suggestions?

Thanks, Jeff,

One strategy is to chip/break the plastic away from the screws, remove the float switch, carefully remove the screws with pliers, turning in the same direction as you would with a screwdriver, if a screwdriver does not work, then fill the holes with epoxy or suitable marine sealant.

As above, you can use dremal tool to cut the head of the screw off, then remove the float switch then cut remaining screw if you were not able to rotate the screw with chanel vice.
