Installation of Navman Multi 3100

Can anyone tell me how much space there is between the cockpit wall/face and the liner where the switch panel is. This Navman unit requires a min of 2 inches clearance. I wish to mount the unit on the starboard side face most likly like everyone else has but I want to be sure before I cut the hole. Also running the wires. Any advice appreciated for I would like to make sure there are no visible wires???

Not much

Think you’re probably looking at having the unit cut through the inside liner as well. Take the electric panel off and you can see for yourself how much room there is. As far as running wires – if you have a trained squirrel or rat, it makes it much easier.
