Install a Mast Mounted Winch

Hi,

I have a 1998 Hunter 410 and need to install an additional cleat on my mast and I want to install a small winch? Has anyone done this? I already have one good size and one small cleat but the small cleat is too small and I'd like to have a winch to use to deploy/retrieve my tender (we store it on the bow). I don't want to just run a line to the cockpit winches because then I'm too far away to maneuver the tender into the right spot on the deck.

Ideas, thoughts, suggestions and pictures are appreciated.
