Inside fans

We have replaced all three of our inside fans at least 4 times in as many years because they fail.
1994 hunter 29.4
Has anyone solved this problem or found a replacement that lasts longer?

+1 on the Caframo fans, removed a few 12V lights and replaced with fans. 3 years and still running.

Speaking of Fans.

Can I just splice into the 12v wiring next to the lights and install fans and keep the lights? Or too much draw on that one wire?

Yes

I have most of my Caframo fans tie into my lights on my 2007 H-36
and don't use those lights much any way and have these fans since 2008
and still going strong.
