Input on cost of repairs

I would appreciate anyone's input on what you estimate the following costs to be based on your experiences as a Catalina owner. The repairs required on a boat I am purchasing are;1) Replace leaking dripless propeller shaft packing gland2) Replace single bronze cutlass bearing 3) Replace transmission shift cable I am planning to have a local yard do the work so any estimates you could provide would be helpful.

I just had this repairs done in Feb of this year drip less and cutlass bearing was 275.00 and the trans cable was 45.00 and 2 hrs labor at 65.00 I have a 1990 30ft.
