Info WRT Purchase 1994 Catalina 250 WB

I am looking at a 1994 C250 WB that I'm interested in buying. I've observed, sailed on friend's boats, researched C250s over many years and this might be my chance to own one. (I'm way past the issues of WB vs keel, WB as ballast, etc., just FYI) I will be keeping it in dry storage at local lake, with plans for road trips.

I think 1994 was the first year the WB was built? I recall reading of many mods made to earlier boats. Are there any knowledgeable owners out there that could help me with a list of issues to check out on this early (earliest?) C250 before I purchase, particularly any problem areas to investigate? The hull number is in the 600's I think.

I spoke to Richard and he is to advise if he is going to purchase the boat. Told him what I knew about that boat as Catalina built it following the lead of Hunter.
