Oh boy, Karl! If your's is anything like the one in our M28 OI, (under the V-berth & packed with foam?), then this is gonna be interesting! I've often been surprised at how much help the folks at Catalina can be! Their Florida operation has a few Morgan specialists who could possibly direct you to the original mfr (if they still exist), or to a viable alternative source. Why not give them a call`? Try them at (727) 544-6681. One site I checked was tank depot (see below link). They have a number of different plastic tank mfrs on board. Methinks alot of us will be curious to know how you make out since we all have old tanks! Jim The Merry Bee Ocean Gate, NJ

Ronco (see link), one of the manufacturers on the tank-depot site, mentions custom tanks, though I don't know if that is one-off or in bulk. If you can't get a plastic tank, you can always get a metal one of the same size and shape. There are a number of manufacturers who can handle it.

Conclusion

Thank you Rich & Hobbyking I called Catalina, who referred me to Ron Co., who referred me to IncaPLastics.com My tank had a stamp Inca #53 which was on their website. I placed the holes onto their website print-out and ordered at $150.00. Inca Plastics phone number is (909) 923-3235

HOLY COW! Only $150 ??? That's fantastic! I love those guys at Catalina! I just heard that someone on another list is getting copies of the original M34 plans from them - can you believe THAT? My tank had a filler cap under the V berth. I needed to drag a hose down there to fill the dern thing. Our tank was cracked near that filler, so I was able to save the tank AND add a deck fill by cutting the filler out and replacing it with a clear deck inspection plate. This allowed me to reach inside and install a hose fitting along the channel that runs across the tank top. It's fine for now, but I'm happy to know that we'll be able to get replacements at a reasonable price! Good luck, Karl! Jim Ocean Gate, NJ
