In need of replacement swing keel

Due to unusual circumstance, my swing keel apparently broke and sunk into the deeps. I am looking for a replacement (ie. salvaged)due to cost of a new one from the manufacturer being almost half the value of the boat once delivered and installed. Anyone have any ideas? past experience? Thanks
