I took two of Brian Bosley's ideas and copied them, well somewhat. First the microwave and cutting board in the galley. I have a butane gas stove as I don't like liquid fuel.

The navigation wall. The space on the wall between the radios and the computer is in preparation of an electronic navigation unit. Here are some pictures

Wow, that cutting board idea looks great. And the laptop-- but how is it to lean over there? Looks like you would be standing or kneeling on the settee the wrong way.

I found a plank of Honduras mahogany that was the seatback in an old wooden runabout and finished it for use as a folding laptop desk somewhere... and then settled on a fixed corner of the drop-leaf table. This is convenient because the stereo (iPod/iTunes input) is right next to it, with the 12VDC and 115VAC outlets for charging.

Your 'nav wall' looks great too. What model of GPS are you getting?

Thinking of a Garmin 640. I can use it on land and Water. I am aiming for a Raymarine Auto Tiller ST2000. They are meant to work together. That still needs to be verified.
