identification paper lost

Hi guys from the Indian Ocean.
during the recent refurbishment of my Oceanis 430 year 1986 I incredibly lost the dosier with all paper.
I have the bill of sale from the previous owner and the cancellation of the registration in the german yacht register done in 2008.

I unsuccesfully tried to check all potential walls and corners and plates on the boat where the HIN can be written and asked Beneteau France if there is any possibility to go back to the origin of the boat considering that the original engine Perkins was replaced 2 years ago.

the german registration indicated a Serial number 0144085 2710 051 but Beneteau stated that it is not a beneteau number.

So, no way to have the duplicate of the registration no way to go back more than 2 former owners.

I'm wondering if you may have any suggestion/idea/whatever to help me in this?

So are you asking where to find the HIN? On our boat it is a *very* faint impression high up on the stern end of the starboard side.

US built Beneteaus have the HIN imprinted on the aft upper right quarter of the hull, just below the toerail.
