Identification labels clutches /line stoppers C310

ID labels on my clutches are fading away. Anyone know where to get replacements
Catalina factory? Thanks for any replies.

I've gotten clutches that included a page of labels in french and english from Spinlock.

Recently I've used the most readily available from West Marine. These used to be available from other chandleries and Amazon but the price is about equal.
