Not sure exactly how your interior is laid out vs pics I can google, but have you considered doing a simple modification that will convert the V-berth to all stowage, the add a removable filler board between the two bench settees in the main cabin to create a full size bed for sleeping?
If this is possible you can stow your bike and whatever else and it can stay put until you need it while not preventing access to the head, then you don't have to move all that gear when its time to sleep. For sleeping in the main cabin, all you have to do is place the filler-board and the extra cushions, and it keeps you closer to the companion way in case you need to spring into action in the cockpit.

The main cabin isn't wide enough to do the filler cushion across. I can fit the bike in the very front of the V berth so it is out of the way for the head. I only have to move it at night.

The V berth in this boat is a nice one. It is plenty long with plenty of room at the feet and wide at the feet. It is a nice feature and I don't want to chop that up for storage.

how about using 2 "L" shaped ladder holders? Could you use stainless hose clamps to attach them to the uprights on your rear rail? Inboard, so that they held the bike case in a horizontal position, just over your tiller? Just a thought. Have a great trip!

The mainsheet would be in the way. The mainsheet on a Compac 23 is at the end of the boom. Plus I am trying to avoid weight in the stern to keep her from squatting.
