Our Irwin 40 MK II has several lead ingots under the sole in the salon. Any other I40s or Citation 39s have this or can I remove them?

Must be an epedemic of loose ballast posts. Saw one just the other day on crusiers forum. Sheesh. The ONLY kinda ballast a boat needs is a battery or two or four!
