i think i may have a problem?????

i was taking all the fome floation out of my boat and saw some damage at the forward part of my keel trunk some delamation and a large chunk of glass it,s all under the compresion post in the storage compartment forward of the keel lock bolt what do you all make of this im going to break it all out and see what is wrong the boat does not leak at all i think it,s just filler and mating that has delamatedfrom the keel trunk

same thing happened to me

I grounded a little with the keel lock engaged and it cracked the keel trunk around the bolt when I did that.I'm planning on cutting out the glass (which, according to the previous owner has been repaired several times) and mounting the keel lock bolt threaded part onto a SS plate and glassing that inside the keel trunk for added strength.
