I need raw water hose size for my Yanmar 4JH2-TE

The hose that comes from the seacock to the strainer and then to the engine I need to replace. I do not know the size. I am not near my boat which is a Hunter 42 Passage 1996. I need to order this hose so if anyone knows the size please advise.

Most likely it's a 1 1/2 inch hose. But every boat is different - why buy something that you're not sure is the correct size? Don't be in such a hurry. Enjoy the work. Good luck.

My hose and strainer are 1 1/2"...this is on a 1991 P42 with Yanmar 4JH2..
