Help! Need a mainsail for an O'Day 23. Anyone know a good O'Day used sail source? Jason

Jason, Try Bacon and Associates in Anapolis. They have a silly number of used sails there. They'll have the dimensions for your boat and will send you a list of appropriate sails to chose from. Justin - O'day Owners' Web

Bacon's the place or

Bacon's the place, i agree with the previous ref. you received. However, the Annapolis boat show is right around the corner(I'm sure there are some shows around your way)you can save probably $200 over a New North Sail by buying a Crusing Direct Sail manufactured by N. Sails. I did-- good/smart purchase. Think new. Again, Bacon's can be very good!!!! I have shopped there. On a sail in very good to good shape you will still spend $300-400. You are the first person I've met on the internet with a 23' O'Day. I have an O'Day 23, 1974,--I have fully restored this toy, but need some info on where to get O'Day parts-- any insight? Take care and good luck on finding/buying a sail. Greg
